Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Trendsetters Trading, LLC collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website, subscribe to our services, or interact with us through Discord, Whop, or other channels. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and payment information when you subscribe to our services. Payment data is processed and stored by Shopify Checkout — we do not store your full payment card information on our own servers.
We may also collect technical information automatically when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web analytics tools. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, biometrics, or health data.
We use your information to provide and manage your subscription, process payments, communicate with you about your account, deliver our services via Discord and Whop, send service-related updates and announcements, improve our website and offerings, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions about you, create behavioral profiles for advertising purposes, or sell your data to any third party.
We may use AI tools to assist in content creation and service delivery. These tools process anonymized or aggregated content — not personal subscriber data. We do not input identifiable subscriber information into AI systems for analysis or profiling purposes.
If you interact with any AI-assisted features we may offer in the future, we will update this policy to reflect how data from those interactions is handled.
Our Services operate in connection with third-party platforms including Shopify, Seal Subscriptions, Discord, and Whop. Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies:
- Shopify: shopify.com/legal/privacy
- Discord: discord.com/privacy
- Whop: whop.com/privacy
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, maintain your active subscription, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and transmission of data to and from our Services is at your own risk.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with their data, please contact us immediately.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access a copy of your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Canada, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and UK GDPR), such as the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Details available at: ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities. For Switzerland: edoeb.admin.ch.
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this time, no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted in the future that we are required to follow, we will update this policy accordingly.
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request information about the categories of personal data we collect and how we use it.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
To submit a CCPA request, contact us at [email protected]. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
